Ivy Gourd/Tendli a great heart health because of its high potassium content which makes a good percentage of the total potassium you need daily. Potassium helps in functioning of the heart and prevents conditions like HEART ATTACK and ischemic heart. It also helps in better heart pumping and blood flow which keeps one energetic~

Standard Ingredient:
300 grams Ivy Gourd-tindora-tendli-Coccinia Grandis
1 bulb crushed garlic -lasun
1tsp sesame seed – til
1/2tsp cumin seed – jeera dana
1/2tsp crushed coriander seed – dhaniya dana
1/4tsp mustard seed – sarson dana
3 red whole dry chilly – laal sabat mirch

1,1/2tsp paprika – degi mirch
1tbsp brown sugar- shakkar
1/4tsp turmeric – haldi
1tsp salt – namak
a pinch asafoetida – hing
1/4tsp curry masala
1/4tsp chaat masala

12 pitted seedless dates – khajoor
1/3 cup roasted black chickpeas- bhunna kaala chana
1/2cup grated coconut powder – narieal
1 cup fresh green fenugreek leaves – hari methi
1/4cup fresh mint leaves – hra pudina
1tbsp cilantro – hra dhaniya – fresh coriander leaves

2tsp avocado oil
