“Simple and Delicious Lula Kebab in the Oven | Quick Recipe for Dinner”

Ingredients:
-Minced meat 🥩 2 kg
-Fresh pepper🌶️ 200 g
-Onion 🧅 200 g
-Herbs 🌿 30 g
-Salt 🧂20 g
-Allspice 12 g
-Paprika 10 g
-Eggplant🍆 1 kg
-Zucchini 600 g
-Tomatoes 🍅 600 g
-Fresh pepper🫑 300 g
-Salt
-Allspice
-Dried basil
-Vegetable oi
Preparation:
Add 200 g chopped onion, 200 g fresh paprika, 30 g greens, 20 g salt, 12 g allspice, and 10 g paprika to the minced meat. Mix thoroughly until sticky, divide into 120 g portions, and place in the freezer for 40 minutes. Then, thread onto a wide skewer.
Cut the vegetables, place them on a baking sheet, add salt, allspice, dried basil, and drizzle with vegetable oil. Place the lula on the tray and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 200°C, turn over and bake for another 40 minutes, turning periodically.
