Chili Beef Salpicao with mushrooms

Ingredients:

2 lbs. beef sirloin or tenderloin, cubed
2 cups of sliced mushrooms
5 tablespoons garlic minced
1 teaspoon rock salt
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup oyster sauce
1/2 onions minced
5 tablespoon chili Sesame oil
1 tablespoon of sesame seed
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon Garlic powder
2 teaspoon flour
1 tablespoon hot Hungarian Paprika
1/2 cup of crispy garlic chips (optional)

Step 1

Slice the beef sirloin or tenderloin into cubes. Put the cubed beef in a bowl and pour to Combine canola oil, salt, oyster sauce, chili sesame oil, sugar, hot paprika, minced garlic and ground black pepper. Stir and Mix (make sure all are coated) well and let it stay for 15 minutes marination. This will let the beef absorb the oil along with the flavors infused in it.

Step 2

Heat a pan. Once hot, add butter. Cook until it turns brown. Continue to heat the pan with the remaining butter. Add the oil-marinated beef (including the oil). Stir-fry (in high heat) until the beef turns brown. Leave it for 3 minutes and stir.
Add the mushrooms and sesame seeds. Continue to cook in high heat until the sauce completely evaporates. Dilute flour to 1/2 water and mix until sauce becomes thicker.

Step 3

Transfer to a serving plate. Top with Crispy garlic chips. Garnish it with any green leafy herbs (rosemary sprigs).
Dish works best when you marry it with warm white rice.

Serve, Share, and Enjoy!
