For the Chicken:▪️2 Chicken Breasts▪️1/2 tsp Garlic Powder▪️1/2 tsp Paprika▪️1/2 tsp Onion Powder▪️1/2 tsp Black Pepper▪️1/2 tsp Kosher Salt▪️2 tsp Olive Oil▪️

1️⃣ Mix together the water and kosher salt to create a brine; soak the chicken breasts in the brine for at least 30 minutes (up to 8 hours in the fridge); when done brining pat the chicken dry with paper towels
2️⃣ Preheat oven to 450°F and mix together the garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt and pepper
3️⃣ Coat the chicken in olive oil and season with the spice mix on both sides
4️⃣ Bake for 15-20 minutes until a meat thermometer reads 165°F
5️⃣ Place chicken on a plate and cover with foil; let rest for 5 minutes before serving
