INGREDIENTS
1 jicama, processed, squeeze out liquid
1 red pepper, chopped
1 orange sweet potato, peeled
½ cup freshly grated coconut
1 Thai chilli
1 tablespoons dark miso
2 tablespoons @mu.soysauce
2 teaspoons Sonnentor pizza & pasta seasoning from @whynot.organic
2 teaspoons garlic @Podiicom
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1⁄4 teaspoon French sea salt from @loveearthorganic
1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
METHOD: Watch the Live video. Note, remember to squeeze the processed jicama first so that you remove the moisture from it.
Also, because this is nut-free and oil-free, the texture won’t be similar to traditional sausages. However the taste is great!
