This video shows you how to make a delicous vegan sandwich filled with homemade vegan sausages and scrambled tofu (vegan alternative to egg).
Servings: 4 sandwichs (sausages can be frozen or used throughout the week)

Recipe:
1. Vegan Sausage
1 can mixed beans
1 can butterbeans
1 1/2 Tbsp smoked paprika
1/4 cup soya sauce
1 Tbsp tomato puree
1 tsp- cumin, thyme, sage
2 tsp- garlic & onion powder
Salt & pepper
1 cup oat flour (blended oats)
12 pieces of tin foil cut into A5 paper size (14.8 x 21cm)
12 pieces of baking paper cut into 10 x 6cm
2. Scrambled Tofu
200g silken tofu
3 spring onion
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 Tbsp vegan butter
200g firm tofu
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
Salt & pepper
3. Sandwich fillers
5 tomatoes
1 head of mixed leave salad
Ketchup
Vegan Mayo
1 loaf of sourdough
