I’m not going to tell you how much of each spice to measure out exactly. We don’t get teaspoons dirty in this house. You measure that with your heart. No go on and wake and bake and bake some zucchini in aluminum foil.

Zucchini
Paprika
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Salt
Pepper

Preheat the oven to 425. Cut zucchini in half lengthwise, then into chins about 1/2-3/4 of an inch. Put in a bowl and add olive oil and all spices to the zucchini. Mix to coat the zucchini well, then place into a sheet of alluminum foil. Fold the alluminum foil and put it in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until zucchini is fork tender but not mushy. Serve as a side.
