Ingredients:

2 shredded zucchini
2 med. potatoes shredded with skin
4-5 shredded baby carrots
2 med. onions diced
1 cup chopped spinach
1 cup cauliflower rice
1 tbsp fresh minced ginger
1 tbsp chili pepper
1 cup chopped cilantro
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp sea salt
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 – 1 1/2 cups almond flour
1 egg
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp ground coriander
1 tbsp powdered garlic
1 tbsp black pepper
