INGREDIENTS
2 large portobello mushrooms
2 bell peppers
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Salt
Black pepper
Ground cumin
Ground coriander
Paprika
Italian seasoning or oregano

Wet batter:
1/2 cup almond milk ( more as needed)
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika

Dry flour mixture:
2 cups flour
2 cups breadcrumb

Oil for frying
Tomato sauce
Vegan mozzarella cheese
Vegan Parmesan cheese
