Today I will show you a recipe for Pork Loin roll with herbs and butter in the middle, a nice white mushroom sauce and some oven potatoes as a side dish. It is not really easy to make, but I hope you gonna try it at home because the taste…IS AMAZING!
The recipe :
Filling for the pork loin roll :
– Cream Cheese
– Butter
– Baby Spinach
– Cilantro
– Garlic
– Onion + Garlic Powder
– White pepper
– Smoked Paprika
– Chilli powder
– (You can add some mustard if you like)
– Red Wine and Chicken Stock
– Pork Loin Cooked in the oven at 175-180 degree celsius for 1 hour or until it gets a nice crust on the outside
For the White Mushroom Sauce :
– Onion and Mushroms cut as small as you can
– 100ml of chicken stock
– 100ml of milk
– 350ml of heavycream 20% fat
Potatos :
– Boiled and finished in the oven along with the meat.
