Nashville Hot Tenders 😈
2 lbs chicken tenders
2-3 cups butter milk or (2-3 cups milk and 2 Tbsp vinegar)
1 Tbsp garlic, paprika, chili, cayenne, salt and pepper
Dry batter:
2 cups flour
2 cups potato starch
Same seasonings as above
Hot oil mix-
1 cup of hot oil
2 Tbsp cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp chili powder
