Activate the yeast:
3/4th cup warm water
1/2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tsp and a half
Stir and keep aside for 5 mins
To make the dough:
2 cups of maida
3/4 salt
1 egg
Herbs optional 3/4
1 Tbsp sugar
Pizza Sauce:
1/2 cup of ketchup / Chilli garlic sauce
1 Tsp chilli flakes
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp origano
1/2 basil
Lil paprika / red chilli powder ( optional )
1 Tsp chopped garlic (6-8 cloves)
Baking instructions:
Pre-heat at 200 degrees C
Both rods on with fan for 10 mins.
Bake/cook at 180 degrees C
Both rods on with fan for 15 mins.
