📍Herbs
Decent amount Spring onion/Scallions
4 Spoonful fresh tyme
1/2 scotch bonnets pepper
1 onion
6 cloves garlic
2 spoon pimento seed
1/4 cup of water
2 Tsp browning
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Pitch of salt
1 Spoonful Jerk marinate from the bottle
📍Seasonings
1 Tsp chicken seasoning
1 Tsp smoked paprika
1 Tsp seasoning salt
1 Tsp all purpose seasoning
1 Tsp black pepper
1 spoon browning or dark soya sauce
Baked for 1 hour and 30 minutes on 150 degrees Celsius
