INGREDIENTS………..

450gr mince meat
1 egg
40 gr grated parmesan cheese
40 gr bread crumbs
30gr milk
70gr bacon
3 cloves of garlic
40 gr chopped onion
1 tbsp parsley
1 tsp smoke paprika
100gr hard cheese
salt and pepper for taste
oil for fry

ingredients for tomato sause……
2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove of garlic
200gr tomato puree
vegetable spices
salt and pepper
