Lasagna sized dish used in video

Ingredients

• 1 lb. of cavatappi noodles or dry noodle of choice
• 1 can evaporated milk
• ¾ c. whole milk
• ½ c. heavy cream
• 4 oz. Velveeta cubed
• 4 oz. sharp cheddar

8 oz. each:

o Muenster
o White cheddar
o Colby
o Mild cheddar
o Smoked cheddar

½ tsp each:

o Onion powder
o Garlic seasoning
o Ground mustard
o Pepper
o Paprika
• 6 tbs of butter cubed
• 2 eggs

Directions

Cook noodles exactly 7 minutes. No more, no less
Tip: seasoning noodle water with garlic seasoning and salt

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes uncovered until golden brown.
Let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
