Falafels are not only easy to make, but taste delicious too. Give this recipe a try and leave your feedback in the comments section.

Ingredients-
For the Falafels-
Soak 2 cups dry chickpeas overnight (10-12 hours)
2 medium sized onions
heap of coriander/parsley/ cilantro and basil/mint
6-7 garlic cloves
1 medium spicy green chilly
2 tsps coriander powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 1/2 tsp cumin poweder
rock salt/ regular salt
1 tsp baking powder
juice of half lemon

For the Falafel Sandwich-
3 tbsp sugar
3tsp apple cider vinegar/ white vinegar
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 cucumber
2 carrots
1 medium sized beetroot
