Makes 12 servings. Adjust to your taste or serving size
Ingredients
• 6 eggs room temperature
• 1 tsp of distilled vinegar
• 3-4 tbs or mayo or salad dressing depending on creamy preference
• 1 tbs chopped dill pickles or relish
• ¼ – ½ tsp of sugar
• ¼ tsp of onion powder
• Pinch of salt
• Pinch of ground white or fresh ground pepper
• 1 tbs of butter – optional
Directions
Perfect boiled eggs: Add eggs to pot and cover with room temp water, not cold, not hot. Add 1 tsp of distilled vinegar.
Bring to a boil then immediately remove from heat and cover with lid. DO NOT TOUCH THEM for 20 minutes!!
After 20 minutes, add to an ice bath for a minimum of 10 minutes and remove shells. They should slide off easy!
