Ingredients
– chipotle pepper
– chicken
– taco seasoning
– garlic powder
– onion powder
– salt n pepper
– chili powder
– lime
– onion
– cilantro
– cotija cheese
– avacado
For the sauce:
– mayo
– sour cream
– lime
-salt and pepper
STEPS:
– Slice chicken into thin slices-
– season chicken with chipotle pepper, garlic powder, chili powder,
paprika, salt and pepper, chicken and taco seasoning, lime juice, and olive oil. let it marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes
– mix mayo, sour cream, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt n pepper for your white sauce
– Cook the chicken until water is reduced (Careful not to overcook)
– Assemble the tacos however you please!
