3-4 chicken 🍗 breast (split them)
2 cups regular buttermilk (low-fat is an option)
3 tbs Louisiana hot sauce
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning
Green Leaf 🥬 lettuce
Slice Tomatoes 🍅
Avocados 🥑(sliced)
Bacon (8-10 strips cut in half)
Texas Toast (Buttered and toasted)
3 cups all purpose flour
1 cup chicken 🐓 fry(optional)
Cracked pepper
Paprika
Garlic powder
Honey mustard aioli sauce
3-4 tbs of Mayonnaise
2 tsp honey mustard
2 tsp ranch dressing
Seasoning of your choice
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine buttermilk, ranch seasoning, hot sauce, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, complete seasoning or seasoning of your choice….. whisk well and place chicken breast in mixture(coat completely), cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 45 min- 1 hour. While chicken is marinating, mix flour, chicken fry, garlic powder, cracked pepper, paprika set aside. Slice tomatoes, avocados, lettuce and pickles and toast bread.
Cooking:
Dip marinated chicken breast in flour mixture and fry 3-4 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 160-165 degrees. Place on a wire rack to keep the crispness!!!!! Spread toast with sauce, place lettuce 🥬 on bottom, then tomatoes 🍅, then chicken 🐔 breast, bacon 🥓 avocado 🥑 slices and second toast top! Bite and 😉 enjoy!
