►2 medium Carrots
►1 large Red Bell Pepper
►2 Tomatoes
►1 large Onion
►Garlic 3-4 Cloves
►Plain Flour 2 TbSp
►Cooking Oil 2 Tb Sp
►Butter 25g ( 1 TbSp)
►Beef Stock or Water 900ml
SPICES and SEASONING:

►Caraway Seeds 1 tsp
