The BEST and Easiest Homemade Tex-Mex Enchilada Recipe!

Ingredients
• 2 c. Enchilada sauce
• 1 lb. seasoned ground beef
• 1 lb of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• Olives for garnish
• Green onion for garnish
• 13-14 corn tortillas
• Vegetable oil
Directions
Brown ground beef and season with salt and pepper. For my special seasoned taco meat recipe, check out my Taco Casa Copycat video!
Lightly brown tortillas on both sides using vegetable oil
Cover dish with enchilada sauce.
Scoop meat and a little cheese and roll in tortilla.
Top with sauce then cheese.
Step 2
Cover with foil and bake on 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Uncover and finish until cheese is melted and golden brown, about 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!!
