Welcome to Samia’s recipe. Today I am sharing appetizing Achary Begun recipe that made with the following Ingredients. Hopefully you will try it out and enjoy as much as me & my family did.
Ingredients are:
1. Two Begun (eggplants)
2. Mustard oil 3tbsp
3. some dry chillis, half tsp cumin & fennel seeds
4. Grated garlic 3 tbsp
5. 1/3 tsp turmaric, chilli powders
6. salt as needed
7. Crushed chilli (optional)
8. White & brown mustard half tsp
9. 1 tsp tomato puree
10. half tsp paprika powder
11. 2 tbsp tomato achar/ 1 big chopped tomato
12. 2 tbsp tamarind sauce
13. handful of fresh corriander leaves
