Spice Rub:
Onion Powder
Seasoning Salt
Garlic
Paprika
Ground Black Pepper
Duck Sauce
Cook at 350 for 2 hours
Stuffing:
Carrot
Onion
Celery
Leek
Onion Powder
Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Paprika
Italian Seasoning (Sage)
Andouille Sausage
Chicken Soup Stock
Mix well. Cook with the Turkey (or to cook it alone add Duck sauce to the mixture).
