For your next Thanksgiving dinner, try this tasty mac n cheese recipe! Made with fresh peppers, bacon, and a variety of seasonings.

Ingredients:

16 oz Package of Penne, Elbow, or your preferred pasta
1/4 Medium Onion
2-3 Bay Leafs
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Minced Jalapeno (2 for extra spicy)
1/4 Cup Minced Red Bell Pepper
1 Tbsp Chicken Bouillon
1/2 Tsp White Pepper
1/2 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
12 oz Can Evaporated Milk
1/2 Tsp Ground Mustard
1 Cup Half n Half or Whole Milk
1 Lb Grated Cheese (Divided) 3/4 for the Cheese Sauce & 1/4 for the topping
1 Cup Panko Bread Crums
Chopped Cilantro (Optional)
