The finger licking Cajun potato’s which we have usually unlimited in the Barbeque nation’s buffet. Its pretty simple recipe with very less cooking time. This is very tasty recipe from baby Potatos. Below are the ingredients for it:

Baby Potato : 20
Mayonnaise : 3/4 cup
Milk : 3/4 cup
Garlic powder : 2 tablespoon
Onion Powder : 1 tablespoon
Paprika/Chilli powder : 1/2 teaspoon
salt : 1/2 teaspoon
pepper : 1/2 teaspoon
Italian seasoning : 1/2 teaspoon
sugar : 1/2 teaspoon(optional)
Cornflour : 4 tablespoon
Maida : 2 tablespoon
water : 1/2 cup
Oil : 10 Tablespoon shallow fry
chopped onion,coriander: for garnish
