Exciting menus specially curated to pair with Hopper’s two beers, the Blonde Belgian Lager and the Hopper Witbier, a Belgian style wheat beer. Food Lovers Editor Kripal Amanna explores this exciting line-up of dishes across restaurants in the city. In this episode, he heads to Tiamo at The Conrad, Bengaluru.

The Tiamo at the Conrad, Bengaluru is an al fresco dining Mediterranean restaurant. The menu here, designed by Chef Ameet Rane, features the Gumbass al Ajillo or Garlic Prawn. Food Lovers’ Kripal Amanna starts his tasting with this dish which he pairs the Hopper Blonde. He then moves on to the Prawn Popcorn with Chipotle spice. The moist Chicken Paprika, he pairs with the Witbier. The tasting ends with Falafel served with Pita and a medley of pickled vegetables.
