Celebrate National Popcorn Day on January 19th, with Taste Buds. This month’s recipe features Smoked Paprika. Did you know Paprika is made primarily from red peppers and while the spice is associated with Hungarian cuisine, the peppers were not native to Europe, but were brought to Europe by Christopher Columbus from the New World.
