TANDOORI CHICKEN RECIPE
Chicken legs- 5
Crushed garlic- 5 cloves
Salt to taste
Greek yoghurt – 2 tbsp
Juice of 1 lemon
Ready to use Tandoori masala powder – 2 tbsp
Tandoori masala:
A pinch of, Paprika, red chilli, ginger, black pepper, cumin, cardamom, garlic, aniseed, cinnamon
eveything in powder and if you like you can add red food coloring
