Can of Chopped tomatoes or Passata
Salt 1tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Pinch of Cumin
Pinch of Cinnamon
Pinch of Paprika
Chicken Stock cube
Crushed Garlic 1tbsp
Pomegranate molasses 1tbsp
Boiling water 1/2 cup
A handful of chopped Coriander

For the rice:
Sunflower oil
Vermicelli 1 cup
Basmati rice 250g
Boiling water 1cm above the rice
