1 kilo chicken (wings and neck)
3 tbs. cornstarch
2. tbs. fish sauce
1 tbs. pepper
1 1/2 cup margarine
3/4 cup hot sauce
1/4 cup water
3 tbs. sugar
2 tbs. honey
1 tbs. paprika
cooking oil
