Standard Ingredient:
3cup boiled rice – chawal
1,1/2cup cabbage – patta gobhi
1cup bell pepper – shimla mirch – capsicum
1/4cup soya chunks – soyabean
1/4cup scallion – hra pyaaz
1/2cup potato – aloo
1 big onion – pyaaz
7garlic cloves – lasun
1,1/2inch ginger – adhrak
1tbs yogurt – dahi – curd

1tbs ghee – clarified butter or olive oil
1/2tsp peppercorn – kaali mirach
1/2tsp cumin seed – jeera
1tsp salt – namak
1tsp coriander powder – dhaniya
1tsp paprika – kashmiri mirch
1/4tsp turmeric – haldi
1/8tsp chaat masal
1/8tsp curry masala
1/2tsp fenugreek – methi
