1 Red Pepper (Bell pepper)
3 Small Red Onions
200g Baby Button Mushrooms
2 or 3 cans of Chopped Tomatoes (400g cans)
2 packets of Schwartz Slow Cookers – Beef & Tomato Casserole mix (40g)

Slow Cooker used: Cordon Bleu Slow Cooker
