Vegan stuffed pepper, traditional Hungarian food modernized and re-invented!
Plant-based ingredients, bright colors, exceptional taste!
Easy vegan recipe for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:
– 1/4 cup dried tomatoes
– 1 cup cooked beans
– 3.5oz tomato paste
– 1cup cooked basmati rice
– 7oz Shiitake mushrooms
– 1 cup walnuts
– 1 tbsp salt
– garlic
– 1tsp paprika powder
– onion

Tomato sauce:
– 3 medium size tomatoes
– 4 sun dried tomatoes
– 5 1/4 cup pitted dates
– 1/4 cup of water

Bake on 400F for 30mins with cover, and 30mins without cover.
