Stuffed eggplants with roast sivri paprika & tomatoes recipe

Ingredients:
3 eggplants
500g minced meat
200g tiger & cherry tomatoes
150g sivri paprika
100g cheddar cheese
0,5 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1,5 teaspoons paprika
Scatter pepper, salt & paprika to the meat and mix everything togehter. Cut the eggplants in half and prepare them for the filling. Fill the half eggplants with the meat and place them on an oven plate. Now cut the tiger & cherry tomatoes in small pieces and put them in a bowl. Cut the sivri paprika in pieces and put them in the bowl. Scatter salt, pepper & paprika to it. Add a few spoons oil and mix everything together. Place the mix on the oven plate.
Put them plate in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 20 minutes. Place a bit cheddar cheese on top and put it back in the oven for another 15 to 20 minutes. Now grab one and enjoy. Look at my other work.
