FOR THE STUFFING

1 1/2 cups of Mozzarella cheese
1/4 – 1/2 pound of italyan sausage

FOR THE MARINATION

1 1/2 teaspoons of onion powder ,
3/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder ,
3/4 teaspoon of paprika ,
3/4 teaspoon of ginger garlic powder,
salt ,
1/4 teaspoon of oregano ,
&
1 1/2 table spoons of water .
