Stuffed/Carp/fresh/from Prespa Lake/

Baked Stuffed Carp with onions 🧅 Carrots 🥕 and Potatoes 🥔

I have made this fish many times
It’s my mother’s recipe
Today I Decided to add potatoes in the same pan ,and bake it together ,
Let me tell you !
it was delicious 😋

Ingredients are ;
Carp ( fish
1 onion
2-3 carrots
Potatoes

To brush
Salt
Vegeta
Paprika
Oil
To your taste

Description
Clean and wash the fish

Shred the onions and carrots

In a Bowl mix the
Oil, Vegeta , paprika ,salt

Brush the fish inside and out
Stuff it with the shredded onion and carrots
Inside and out

Potatoes
Peel ,wash and cut
Add salt ,oil , shredded carrots and onion ,add the rest of the paprika mixture

Add the potatoes ,to the baking pan around the fish and inside

Preheat the oven on 400
Cover it with aluminum foil
Bake it for 30 min covered ,
Uncover it and bake it for another 40 min to one hour,
Serve it with your favorite vegetables
It’s very very good
