stuffed calamari withe tomato sauce:

For the tomato sauce
3 or 4 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic pressed
About 1 tbsp fresh ginger choppend
1 green chilli
6 fresh tomatoes medium
400 ml tomatoe sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sweet paprika
2 tsp parsley
Thyme to taste

For the fish filling

3 tbsp olive oil
1 onion medium
1/2 green paprika
1/2 red paprika
1/2 yellow paprika
125g culture mushrooms
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sweet paprika
1/3 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp parsley
150 g boiled rice
10 pieces calamari medium
10 pieces toothpick
Parskey for decoration

Deutsch

Für die Tomatensauce
3 oder 4 EL Olivenöl
2 Knoblauchzehen gepresst
Etwas frischer Ingwer hacken 1 el
1 grüne Chili
6 frische Tomaten mittel
400 ml Tomatensauce
1 TL Salz
1 TL süßer Paprika
2 TL Petersilie
Thymian nach Geschmack

Für die Fischfüllung

3 EL Olivenöl
1 Zwiebelmedium
1/2 grüner Paprika
1/2 roter Paprika
1/2 gelber Paprika
125 g Kulturpilze
1/2 TL Salz
1/2 tl süßer Paprika
1/3 tl Kurkumapulver
2 TL Petersilie
150 g gekochter Reis
10 Stück Calamari Medium
10 Stück Zahnstocher
Petersilie zur Dekoration

Nedelandse

Voor de tomatensaus
3 of 4 el olijfolie
2 teentjes knoflook geperst
Ongeveer 1 eetlepel verse gemberstuk
1 groene chili
6 verse tomaten medium
400 ml tomatensaus
1 tl zout
1 tl zoete paprikapoeder
2 tl peterselie
Tijm naar smaak

Voor de visvulling

3 el olijfolie
1 ui medium
1/2 groene paprika
1/2 rode paprika
1/2 gele paprika
125 g cultuurpaddestoelen
1/2 tl theelepel zout
1/2 tl zoete paprika
1/3 tl kurkumapoeder
2 tl peterselie
150 g gekookte rijst
10 stuks calamares medium
10 stuks tandenstoker
Parskey voor decoratie

France

Pour la sauce tomate
3 ou 4 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive
2 gousses d’ail pressées
Environ 1 cuillère à soupe de gingembre frais
1 piment vert
6 tomates fraîches moyennes
400 ml de sauce tomate
1 cuillère à café de sel
1 cuillère à café de paprika doux
2 cuillères à café de persil
Thym au goût

Pour le remplissage de poisson

3 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive
1 oignon moyen
1/2 paprika vert
1/2 paprika rouge
1/2 paprika jaune
125g de champignons de culture
1/2 cuillère à café de sel
1/2 cuillère à café paprika doux
1/3 cuillère à café de poudre de curcuma
2 cuillères à café de persil
150 g de riz bouilli
10 morceaux de calamars moyens
Cure-dent 10 pièces
Parskey pour la décoration

لتحضير صلصة الطماطم
3 أو 4 ملاعق كبيرة زيت زيتون
2 فص ثوم معصور
حوالي 1 ملعقة كبيرة مفروم زنجبيل طازج
1 فلفل حار أخضر
6 طماطم طازجة وسط
400 مل صوص طماطم
1 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
1 ملعقة صغيرة بابريكا حلوة
2 ملعقة صغيرة بقدونس
زعتر حسب الرغبة

حشوة السمك

3 ملاعق كبيرة زيت زيتون
1 بصل وسط
1/2 فلفل حلو أخضر
1/2 بابريكا حمراء
1/2 بابريكا صفراء
125 جرام فطر مستنبت
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
1/2 م ص حبة بابريكا حلوة
1/3 م ص مسحوق كركم
2 م ص ملعقة صغيرة بقدونس
150 جرام أرز مسلوق
10 قطع كاليماري وسط
10 قطع عود
قصبرة للزينة
