This is the type of grilled fish that will make that special someone take you to Maldives or Greece for that vacation.

Ok here’s the recipe

1. Fresh Fish (you can use any kind of fish )
2.water, lemon , vinegar to clean
3. Salt and seasoning (chicken buillion )
4. Suya spice
(Kulikuli, paprika , salt and seasoning, cloves,negro pepper, dried ginger and chilli pepper) crushed to form a smooth powder

5. Pepper mix (chilli pepper, onions , green onions, fresh ginger, scotch bonnet pepper , green bell pepper )

6. Vegetable oil
7. Spring onions, green bell pepper, fresh oregano tomatoes garnish
8. Others
Plantain , white pepper , garlic powder, paprika ,carrot , lemon or lime and every other thing seen in the video.
