This Dish is most recommend in your Diet Meal.and also a best Recipe that can be used as a Snack , Lunch , Dinner along with rice , Roti , or u can just have it directly as it’s super tasty and mild , and you can use it as a filling into your Sandwiches , Wraps , Burgers , Pizza Topping & Salads for your kids ,family , Guests .
Ingredients
* Boneless Chicken 600 grams
* olive oil 2 Tbsp.
* black pepper 1 Tbsp .
* Ginger powder 1 Tbsp.
* coriander powder 1 Tbsp.
* Paprika ( or ) Smoked paprika 1 Tbsp.
( if you don’t have it use Crushed chili flakes) .
* Oregano 1 tsp.
* Basil 1 tsp
* Italian seasoning 1 tsp.
* Rosemary 1 tsp. ( if you don’t have it you can skip it )
* Turmeric powder 1 tsp.
* salt 1 Tbsp.
* Soy sauce 1 tsp.
* Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp.
* Yogurt 1 Tbsp.
* Fresh cream 2 Tbsp.
For Stir Frying
* Butter 1 Tbsp.
* Garlic rough or fine Chopped 3 Tbsp ( 6 to 7 nos garlic cloves ).
* Fine chopped Onion 1 nos medium sized .
* BBQ sauce 5 Tbsp ( you can reduce the amount as per your taste ).
* Red Chili sauce 2 Tbsp ( you can reduce the amount as per your taste ).
* Honey 2 Tbsp ( you can reduce the amount as per your taste )
Method
*At fist take a bowl , add some water , salt and Soak your chicken in that salt water for 2 hours this is called brining , which makes your chicken tender and juicy and will be Perfect for pan roasting , grilling and curries etc
* Then add all the Masala spices and Dry Herbs in given measurements to your chicken and marinate it for 2 hours
* Now take a Grilling pan or a fry pan and add your chicken in batches and roast them well until it’s cooked keep it moist , don’t cook it completely dry we need our chicken to be moist and juicy
* Now take a kadai , add butter , chopped garlic , chopped onion , and saute it well .
* Now add the BBQ sauce , red chili sauce , Honey give it a stir for 2 mins and now add the cooked chicken and mix it and cook for 5 mins till the chicken gets full coated in the sauces .
* Your Stir fried BBQ Chicken is ready to serve .
