Fried Fish with Okra:
Fish cut in serving size
Okra
Onion
Garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Direction:
1.Clean and wash the fish cut into serving size and then fry it
2.Saute Onion and garlic add the fish then Okra ,salt and pepper to taste.let it cook until the Okra is aldente
3. Serve with white rice

Steam Fish

Fish
Lemon

Spices:
Fresh coriander
Green pepper
Tomatoes
Onion
Garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Turmeric
Paprika
Baharat
Cinnamon powder
Lemon zest

Direction:
1.Clean and cut the fish then cut in half or open see the video rub it with lemon
2.mix all the spices.then on a tray scrambled spices put the fish then on top of the fish put some spices too
3.Cover and bake at 350F for 50 mins then 10 mins uncovered
4.Enjoy with white rice
