Today I’m going to show you how to make Steak Quesadillas. These are very easy to prepare and I’m sure you’ll eat one and go back for more. It tastes delicious, and if you add sour cream, guacamole, or other toppings it will be spectacular. Try this recipe, your family and friends will love it!

The ingredients are:

3 Bell Peppers
1 Medium Onion
1 lb of Sirloin Steak (or other thin cut steak of choice)
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 tsp of Garlic Powder
1 tsp of Paprika
4 tbsp of Olive Oil
1 tbsp of Butter
Flour Tortillas
Shredded Cheese
Sour for topping

Preparation:

1. Cut the bell peppers and the medium onion into thin slices and set aside.
2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper, garlic powder and paprika on both sides. In a skillet add three tbsp of olive oil and heat over medium high heat. Cook the steaks for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
3. When the steaks are done cooking take them out and let them rest for 10 minutes. Let the skillet on and add butter and one tbsp of olive oil, add the slices of bell peppers and onion. Cook for about 5 to 7 minutes stirring often until begin to caramelize and set aside.
4. Cut the steaks into strips. In a clean skillet heat over medium heat. Place a flour tortilla, add shredded cheese, the strips of steak, the slices of bell peppers and onion, add more cheese and top with another flour tortilla.
5. Cook the quesadilla for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown on top. Slice the quesadilla into four parts and top it with sour and the toppings of your choice. Serve immediately.

En el video de hoy te mostraré cómo hacer unas quesadillas de steak. Son bien fácil de preparar y estoy segura de que te comerás una y regresarás por más. Saben riquísimas y si les añades crema agria, guacamole u otros acompañantes será espectacular. ¡Inténtalas, a tu familia y amigos les van a encantar!

Los ingredientes son:

3 pimientos
1 cebolla mediana
1 lb de Sirloin Steak (u otro corte de steak que sea fino)
Sal & pimienta al gusto
1 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
1 cucharadita de paprika
4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
1 cucharada de mantequilla
Tortillas de harina
Queso rallado
Crema agria

Preparación:

1. Corta los pimientos y la cebolla mediana en tiras finas.
2. Sazona los steaks con sal y pimienta, ajo en polvo y paprika por ambos lados. En un sartén agrega el aceite de oliva y calienta a fuego medio alto. Cocina los steaks de 3 a 5 minutos por cada lado.
3. Cuando los steaks estén listos, sácalos y déjalos reposar durante 10 minutos. Deja el sartén encendido y agrega la mantequilla y una cucharada de aceite de oliva, añade las tiras de pimientos y cebolla. Cocina durante aproximadamente 5 a 7 minutos revolviendo con frecuencia hasta que comience a caramelizar.
4. Corta los steaks en tiras. En un sartén limpio calienta a fuego medio y coloca una tortilla de harina, agrega el queso rallado, las tiras del steak, los pimientos y cebolla, añade más queso y cubre con otra tortilla de harina.
5. Cocina la quesadilla durante aproximadamente 2 minutos por cada lado hasta que se dore en el tope. Cuando esté lista corta la quesadilla en 4 pedazos y sirve inmediatamente.
