The recipe makes a large amount. I divided it into 10 huge servings for WW points but honestly youโ€™re probably going to use a lot less anyway so the 1 point for green will most likely be zero if youโ€™re just using a couple of tablespoons.

Artichoke Spread
Makes 3 cups
2 cans (14 ounces) artichoke hearts in water, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 ounces) white beans, drained and rinsed
4 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed
4 scallions chopped
1 Tablespoon soy sauce or low sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper ( I used smoked paprika)
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
Enjoy!
