I wanted to share a fun, and extremely tasty variation on traditional popcorn. Cayenne Pepper and Smoked Paprika provide a bit of heat, bacon adds a smoky flavor and crunchy texture and the dehydrated lime helps to balance all the flavors with a slight tang!
A SPECIAL THANKS TO MY GREAT FRIEND AND FELLOW CULINARY ENTHUSIAST, KEVIN “BASSMAN” SAMP FOR PROVIDING THE INSPIRATION FOR THIS RECIPE! THANKS KEVIN!
