Put a little extra “zip” into your party with a burst of spice.
INGREDIENTS
6 oz. Clamato Picante
¼ cup kosher salt
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
2 limes, juiced
12 oz. light beer
1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
2 jalapeños (1 in slices)
Freshly cracked black pepper
Ice
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Run lime across rim of mug.
2. Dip mug in kosher salt to coat evenly.
3. Add ice and jalapeño slices (to taste).
4. Add the remaining ingredients, except Clamato and beer, and stir.
5. Fill with Clamato and beer.
6. Garnish with jalapeño.
