*Fish Taco Ingredients:
– 2 LBS Fish
– 1/2 Cup Oil
– 4 TBSP Lemon Juice
– 1 TSP Salt
– 1 TSP Ground Red Chilli Powder
– 1 TSP Garlic Powder
– 1 TSP Onion Powder
– 1 TSP Ground Cumin
– 1/2 TSP Paprika
– 1/2 TSP Ground Black Pepper
– 1/2 TSP Tajin Seasoning
– Soft Flour Tortillas
– Lettuce – Chopped
– Mango Salsa
– Spicy Sauce
– Guacamole
*Guacamole Ingredients:
– 2 Avocados – Mashed
– 1 Medium Tomato – Chopped
– 1 Medium Onion – Chopped
– 1 Fresh Lime – Juiced
– Handful Green Cilantro
– 1 TBSP Olive Oil
– Salt to taste
– Black Pepper to taste
*Mango Salsa Ingredients:
– 2 Mangoes – Chopped
– 2 Tomatoes – Chopped
– 1 Onion – Chopped
– 1 Fresh Lime/Lemon – Juiced
– Handful of Green Cilantro – Chopped
– 1 Green Chili – Chopped (Optional for extra spice)
– Salt as per taste
– Tajin or spices as per taste
*Spicy Sauce Ingredients:
– 2 TBSP Ranch Dressing or Mayo
– 1 TBSP Hot Sauce of choice
