Spicy Chicken Burger

1.
500gm chicken breast (6 chicken breast)
Pound the chicken with meat hammer to get an even thickness.

2.
For the soaking liquid:-

1cup butter milk
1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder/paprika
Salt as required

Combine butter milk, chilli/paprika and salt.
Dip chicken to it and and soak for about 15-20 minutes.

2.
For the coating:-

1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp dried parsley
Salt as required

Combine everything to make a flour mixture.

Dip the soaked chicken to the flour mixture and coat well.
Again dip in to butter milk mixture (soaking liquid) and then coat with flour mixture.

Heat little oil in an iron skillet, place the coated chicken and shallow fry until golden and crisp on both sides.

Making the burger:-

6 potato bun/brioche bun or any kind of burger bun toasted and cut in half
Iceberg lettuce
Tomato slices
Pickled jalapenos
Mayonnaise
*for extra spiciness, combine mayonnaise with sriracha/hot sauce or use feiry chilli mayonnaise

Place a burger bun, spread mayonnaise on both sides On one half of the bun top with chicken patties, then with tomato slices, jalapenos and lettuce, cover with other half and serve with fries.
