Ingredients:
1 sweet Spanish paprika
2 baguettes
3 tbsp tomato puree
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp oregano
Salt
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
3 tbsp melted butter
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Method:
Wash cut and remove the seeds from paprika.
Slice the baguettes lengthwise and make a boat shape digging some bread in the centre of the bottom baguettes.
In a bowl add tomato puree, salt, chilli flakes, garlic, oregano and mix.
Apply some sauce on to the bottom baguette and place the paprika, then apply sauce on to paprika and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese. place the top baguette over the paprika.
Brush some melted butter and bake at 220c for 10 mins.
Serve warm or cold.
