Spanish Meatballs have always been on my list of dishes as it is so easy to do. You can prepare this beforehand then simply warm it up when its time to eat, more time to spend with your guests.
It’s winter time, so didn’t get to do a ride out with Ambrosia (my BMW R1200c motorcycle). What I would have done is saved a couple of meatballs and sauce, sliced them and put them in a warmed baguette and maybe some grated cheese on top, a great sub for the road. Together with a flask of coffee, this would have made a great beauty spot stop snack.
Hope you enjoy this recipe.
