1 potato
1 red pepper
150g Oyster mushrooms
60g Olives
Small Handful Tomatoes
Spring onions
4 tablespoons Tomato Paste
2 squares of Dark chocolate
150ml Red wine
Garlic infused olive oil
Smoked paprika
Mixed Herbs
60g Chorizo
400G Diced Beef
