Spaghetti Bolognese a la Capitán, the favorite recipe of our daughters.🥰

Spaghetti Bolognese a la Capitán Recipe

Good for 2 persons

Ingredients:

Sauce (in food processor):

1 can Tomatoes 🍅
2 pcs. Fresh Tomatoes 🍅 in cubes
2 medium Onions 🧅 in cubes
1 clove Garlic 🧄 sliced
1 pc. Vegetable cube (Knorr/Maggie)
2 tbsp. Native Olive Oil
1 pc. Paprika 🌶 in cubes

Caramelize Onions 🧅 and Garlic 🧄:

2 pcs. medium Chopped Onions 🧅
1 clove minced Garlic 🧄
1 tbsp. Unsalted Butter 🧈
1 tbsp. Powdered sugar

Bolognese:

250 g. Ground Pork
1 pc. Sliced Paprika 🌶
2 pcs. Tomatoes 🍅 in cubes
2 tbsp. Native Olive Oil
1/2 cup Milk 🥛 (Optional)
Salt 🧂 and pepper

Garnish:

Parmesan Cheese 🧀
Fresh Basil leaves 🌿
